Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

By reserving a White Cube experience, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits & Reservations
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% is required to secure your event date.

  • Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance is due 48–72 hours prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • ​

Cancellations
  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellation, changes in event plans, or client no-shows.

  • If the Client cancels the event after the deposit is paid, the deposit will be retained as liquidated damages for reserving the date and turning away other bookings.

 
Weather Policy
  • For safety and equipment protection, the White Cube may not be used during rain, high winds, or severe weather.

  • In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the Client may request a one-time reschedule credit, subject to availability.

  • Weather-related rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.

 
Client Responsibilities
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring:

    • A clean, flat, and appropriate setup surface

    • Adequate space and access for delivery and setup

    • Compliance with all local regulations, permits, and noise ordinances

  • The White Cube must be kept away from sharp objects, open flames, corrosive materials, and excessive moisture.

 
Damage & Liability
  • The Client assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the White Cube or related equipment during the rental period due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the Client if damage occurs beyond normal wear and tear.

 
Limitation of Liability
  • The Company shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from the use of the White Cube during the event, except where required by law.

  • Use of the White Cube is at the Client’s own risk.

 
Agreement

By submitting a booking request and/or paying a deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
