Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

By reserving a White Cube experience, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits & Reservations

A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% is required to secure your event date.

Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 48–72 hours prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations
-
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellation, changes in event plans, or client no-shows.

If the Client cancels the event after the deposit is paid, the deposit will be retained as liquidated damages for reserving the date and turning away other bookings.
Weather Policy
-
For safety and equipment protection, the White Cube may not be used during rain, high winds, or severe weather.

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the Client may request a one-time reschedule credit, subject to availability.

Weather-related rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.
Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring:

A clean, flat, and appropriate setup surface

Adequate space and access for delivery and setup
-
Compliance with all local regulations, permits, and noise ordinances

The White Cube must be kept away from sharp objects, open flames, corrosive materials, and excessive moisture.
Damage & Liability

The Client assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the White Cube or related equipment during the rental period due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the Client if damage occurs beyond normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from the use of the White Cube during the event, except where required by law.

Use of the White Cube is at the Client’s own risk.
Agreement
By submitting a booking request and/or paying a deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
